Who's Miro Carril? He's someone I used to admire at KHNY who (for better or worse) used to demand attention and respect from his peers (as well as some deserved disesteem, given his occasional diva-status) and left this world a little too early from a boogie-boarding accident while on vacation with his family.
This is one of the many drawings I did for him which happened to be one of his favorites. The other day i dug it up and it brought back so many memories that I decided to re-draw it and maybe spruce it up a bit.
