Pépe the Lobster
Hey, this is a nice little progression of a lobster character I'd been working on and then inked up at Justin's place during our drawing jam session yesterday. I really want to start finishing/coloring my pieces 'cause I've been pencilling and inking for so long but doing very little coloring, or vectorizing, if you will. But I'm gonna try to do more of these finished pieces.

From The Vault - (Circa 2000)
I drew these for the Baby Popeye license a while back (it only lasted about a minute) and I can't remember if they were ever printed, but I love the way they came out and they were a real burst of creativity I had back when I was still "happy" at my old job at KH. I think I pumped these out in like, three days! Anyway, there's also one more piece I really like from the bunch with Popeye on a sled going over a little snow hill, really cool, but I cannot find it. I'll keep looking...enjoy.

From The Vault - (2001-2002)
These were done for Miro's dept. at KH and I think all of them sold except for the first one, the lizard. He was too unrecognizable so the client didn't buy him. I think he looks like a lizard...a weird one, that's all.
